Kevin’s 1970 Camaro

Story: Kevin’s 1970 Camaro The 1969 Chevelle was originally purchased Marion Chevrolet, a SS 396 car L78, delivered with a bench seat and an AM radio, no power steering and 3.42 gears. It changed hands a couple of times and Steve Bica got the car and won a couple of track championships. After the 1981 season he put the car away in storage. In 1990 Paul purchased the car and installed a GM performance 454 4 bolt main block with an original 396 forged crank. dart iron eagle heads, 10.5 to 1, Centerforce clutch, blow proof bell housing with the original M22. He still takes one of the previous owners for rides in this street monster. Kevin got this Camaro in 2022 from his father Tom who bought it in 1987. The stock 307 was replaced with a blueprint 383 stroker motor with a Muncie 4 Speed and a new 10 bolt rear end. Everything has been gone through from brakes , cooling system, steering and electrical. His kids, Weston and Elsie have participated in the experience, learning and educating as a family. He hopes to have the car painted soon, I hope he keeps the perfect color green.
